i saw an idea similar to this on a design blog earlier this year, and i couldn't wait for Christmas to come around to try it on my own! i searched our little town for a rickety old ladder, and I finally found one at an antique store. it's rather tall, about 8 feet I would suppose. I purchased some red yarn, and pounded some nails, and went to town and strung the yarn around the nails. then, i spray painted some clothespins green, and there ya have it! our very own Christmas card display, that i'm certain is very unique and different than most! ;)
