Trip to Nana and Bapa's house!

We just returned from a fun trip up to Nana Judy and Bapa Ron's house! It's always so fun to go up there, and especially in the summer time! Nana and Bapa have a pool in the backyard, so the girls just LOVE being there :)

No trip would be complete without going to Storybook Land :)

This huge tin man slide was a new addition this year! ;)

The girls have never been on the train around storybook land, so we were sure to do that this time! :)

Tuesday night we went out to a fancy wayside restaurant for Nana and Bapa's 42nd anniversary!

All 6 grandchildren! Our new boy will be their 7th!

The drive home is always a bit long, but we try to make it fun!

Winnie was ready to crash at home!

Happy 11th Birthday Avery Joy!

Our sweet Avery turned 11 on Friday! Where oh where did the time go?

She has been VERY interested in the musical WICKED, so there were numerous requests on her "list" for WICKED items this year :)

We met up with Olivia's former speech teacher, Rachel, at Applebee's for lunch! Such a nice time catching up, and celebrating Avery!

For supper, Avery requested McD's....I put her birthday candle in her chicken nugget, and off we sang!

(yes, she usually can eat THAT many fries)

Today was her birthday party! She had 6 friends over, and we opened gifts up quick, and then headed out to Despicable Me 2!

I am convinced that this is the way to have a birthday! I did little to NO work, and Daddy paid! WIN WIN!!! Oh, and the birthday girl AND her guests had fun, so that is good, too!

It was a hilarious movie, and I think that Daddy and I laughed more than the girls :) So, so funny!

We love you oh so much sweet Avery! Happy 11th birthday to YOU!

Had my dr appt today! I measured 22 weeks, and baby's heartbeat was in the 140-150's!

How far along: 21 weeks (dr decided today that they are not going to move my due date up :( He was going to, and then he called me and said the original ultrasounds were more accurate...

Total weight gain: 15 lbs

Symptoms: feeling large this week

Maternity clothes: yes

Stretch marks: nothing new

Sleep: I LOVE to sleep

Best moment of this week: The baby started moving a ton on Tuesday...within the next week or so, it should be able to be felt by others!

Miss anything: not so much

Movement: yup!

Food cravings: nothing

Anything making you queasy or sick: nope

Have you started to show yet: yes

Gender: BOY

Labor signs: about 8-10 braxton hicks a day

Looking forward to: Avery's birthday tomorrow!!!

trip to Wisconsin

We left on Thursday for Nana and Bapa's house in Wisconsin. Avery had an allergy appt, so we were able to enjoy the 4th of July there as well. Mommy did quite a bit of shopping for baby boy while we were there!

Our family from Maryland were in town, so we got to catch up and have fun! Olivia and Rebecca had a great time playing!
