Funeral

Finn was very interested (and scared) in the mower. He helped daddy a bit!

Daddy's grandma passed away, so we made a quick trip up for the funeral! Family dinner at a yummy restaurant!

Olivia thinks that Aunt Jan is the bestest.

My kiddos completely zonked out... :)

Next morning, we traveled a bit more.

Year #3 of horse camp for Olivia! :) I went with her for her last official class! We got to brush their tails, and well, we just went a bit above and beyond, and gave Solo a nice braid and pink hair tie!

She really really likes this horse!

summer lovin'

it was a week full of doctor and dentist appointments.

while Avery was at the dentist, the rest of us went over to "the big hill" in town. Burned off a lot of energy!

I got a little pool for Finn to play in. This is what happened the first time we used it. He is NOT in it, but the girls are....so funny

He has been playing with this train set all-day-long. So funny to find him laying down while playing :) We went to the ENT today, and it was decided that he is going to have a little procedure to put tubes in his ears, and possible adenoid removal. Poor kiddo has fluid on the ears, ear infections, and isn't talking much, so hopefully this will help him out!

Liv's horse camp began this week. Daddy is taking her this year, and that is the reason for the lack of pics. I did get this gem on the way home. Poor girl is allergic to horses, and was sneezing, itchy, and her eyes were all swollen!

Avery is enjoying taking pics with her ipod, so here is us brushing our teeth...lots of fun happening around here!

Summer!

Finally dove in and tackled Finn's crib! Made my own chalk paint, so that was quite the adventure! Design on a dime, I tell ya! I spent $5.98 on really nice paint, $6 on plaster of paris, and there ya go! :)

He had the crib out of his room for 3 nights. That was interesting!

Final result. Well, not totally final. Working on the bedding right now!

Olivia got to go to her friend Quinn's house for her birthday party! What a super fun swim party!

Avery is enjoying having instagram. She takes a lot of pictures, so at least I will have a lot more of her that I can post! :)

A sweet lady at McDonalds knows that Avery only eats McD's BBQ sauce, so when she noticed us, she gave us quite a bit more than we were expecting! :)

There is not a whole lot cuter than little dimple bum cheeks. I may or may not have this as the wallpaper on my phone....

I let Olivia trim 2 of our huge dogwood bushes. I need to put up the after...pretty fun :)

It wasn't hot enough to go to the pool yesterday, but we still had a lot of water and outside fun!

today was swell....

hubby was in a super great mood upon waking up, and let me sleep until NOON!

Then, off to the pool for the first time with the kiddos. Finn was pretty hesitant of the water, and enjoyed running on the cement instead. I think I said "WALK" to him about 100 times.

Liv had her first summer gymnastics class tonight. During her time, Finn and I had an hour long date downtown. We shopped, went to the park, and sat while eating cheerios and watching cars drive by.

Avery has been saving money for months, and with a mom who found her a deal, finally had enough money to get herself an ipod touch 5th generation :) She is very thrilled!
